The toy itself is really cute and I’m happy with it, but the delivery took absolutely ages. I guess patience is part of the purchase experience now...

I was trying to shop on jellycat.com and found it annoying. The stuff is adorable, so if I were just casually browsing, maybe I wouldn’t have minded as much. But since I was actually trying to find and buy something specific, the slow-loading pages and filters resetting every time I backed out of a product page got frustrating fast. My cart also glitched and a few items disappeared, which was kind of the final straw. Love the plushies, but the website made the whole process way harder than it needed to be

Shipping felt fair, and there weren’t any weird extra fees, which I really appreciated

It feels like I keep getting the same ones every time, which is a little disappointing. They’re okay, but I’m starting to wonder about the consistency and overall quality.

I really do love the toys, they’re super cute!! But the prices feel way too high now. A small plush ends up costing as much as a nice full-on gift, and then shipping gets added on top too. I still think the stuff is adorable, but I just can’t really justify spending that much anymore :(

I ordered from jellycat and ended up having to return one thing because I picked the wrong size. The return process was easy, like nothing too confusing or stressful. The refund did take a few days longer than I thought it would, so I was checking my bank a couple times, but it did come through in the end. Customer service got back to me when I asked too, so yeah, I’d use them again.

I’m annoyed. The plush I received was way darker than what they showed on the website, almost like they used photos of a different shade entirely. I even checked it on both my phone and laptop before ordering, so this isn’t on me. For the price, they really should be making sure their product photos are accurate. I definitely wouldn’t order from them online again.

I got a Jellycat for my daughter, and it is definitely soft — I mean, really soft in that nice cuddly way. She loves carrying it around, so that part is a win. I just thought it would feel a little thicker or, wait, maybe more squishy for the price. It’s still adorable, but I didn’t think the softness was quite as amazing as everyone made it sound.

I do like ordering from Jellycat, and the website is easy to get around. The only annoying bit is that a few of the bears I had my eye on were out of stock again, I’m guessing they must get snapped up really quickly, or maybe they don’t restock loads at a time. I did manage to get one I liked in the end, and delivery was totally fine. Would’ve been 5 stars if the popular ones stayed available a bit longer.

I’ve signed up for restock notifications a few times now, and I swear by the time the email hits my inbox, the item is already sold out again. It’s super frustrating, especially with the more popular stuff. The site is cute and everything, but the alerts don’t seem useful if they’re that slow. I don’t never feel like I get a real chance to buy what I’m waiting for. I just wish it worked a little better

Sadly, it arrived damaged and squashed. Seems like everything gets tossed around in shipping these days, so I wasn’t exactly shocked, but it was still disappointing.

I bought this jellycat bunny for my toddler it’s pretty much what I was hoping for. It feels really soft and cuddly, and she took to it right away. I was mainly looking for something that felt safe and well-made, and so far the stitching seems solid with no loose threads or bits. The sewn-in eyes also feel secure, which is something I always check with toys like this. I’m giving it 4 stars because I expected the safety information to be easier to find on the website, and I had to look around more than I wanted to. Other than that, I’m happy with it and would still recommend it.

I remember being more excited when I first saw these plushies because they looked super cute and fun. They still are nice to look at, but after going through a few of the designs, some of them started to feel kind of repeated to me. Tracking was simple to follow, the parcel arrived in perfect condition, and I’ve got zero complaints. Really happy with how quick it all was, and I’d definitely order again

This ended up being kind of awkward, honestly. It arrived later than I expected, which was already frustrating because I had planned to give it as a gift and was counting on it getting here in time. When it finally showed up, it also looked smaller than I thought it would based on the pictures or description, so it didn’t really have the same effect I was hoping for. I waited all week for this package, and the tracking didn’t help at all. It barely updated, and now there’s still no package. i’m tired of dealing with the same issue again.

They have some seriously cute stuff, no question about it. But the limited items are gone in what feels like half a second. I swear, you can check constantly and still somehow miss them. It’s absolutely frustrating because there is just no way they aren’t selling out instantly.
